BOOKING PROCEDURE : Indian Maharaja We require names/nationality of all the passengers with minimum tour deposit of US$ 1500 per person to hold booking on confirmed basis. Balance/full payment must reach us atleast 91 days before tour depart, with passport details Booking request made at less than 90 days notice, will be confirmed on receipt of full tour amount
PAYMENT OPTIONS By Online Credit card authorization OR Swift Wire Transfer through Bank OR Indians Can deposit Cheque Payable at Par in our ICICI Bank A/C.
CANCELLATION RULES -Indian Maharaja Any request for tour cancellation > 91 days of tour depart will attract minimum cancellation levy of US$ 1500 per person 50% of total ticket value will be charged as cancellation fee if booking cancelled between 46 days to 90 Days ,before tour depart Full 100% of ticket value stands forfeited if cancellation request made< 45 days prior to train tour depart. Request for postponement of Journey Date OR Change of Passenger Names is governed by cancellation Rules Not making payment as per schedule,will attract cancellation levy Disputes,if any,subject only to jurisdiction of Courts of New Delhi(India)

CANCELLATION RULES -Deccan Odyssey Any request for tour cancellation > 60 days of tour depart will attract minimum cancellation levy of 20% of tour cost Minimum 50% of total ticket value will be charged as cancellation fee for request made between 31 to 60 days before tour depart date 100% of total ticket value will be charged as cancellation fee for request made < 30 days before train tour depart Disputes,if any,subject only to jurisdiction of Courts of New Delhi(India)
